Letterlovers blog - a fairly new blog, "For the Creators and Lovers of Letters, Lettering Art and Calligraphy".

Looks interesting and I'll add it to the list in the sidebar.


A letter a week looks really interesting - could be an idea for a project or a personal challenge perhaps?

And here's a great blog with loads of links and inspiration - calligraffia.

Paul Johnson at Quarto

I joined the Quarto group in Sunderland for a workshop with Paul Johnson (see his website here.

It was a really interesting day and Alison has done a great writeup here, so please take a look. I've got some pictures to post too but these are good.

Scribblers website and blog

Scribblers is a supplier of calligraphy items - they have a good website and blog.

Last year when I needed something in a hurry they posted it to me straightaway and it arrived the next day! Can't ask better than that!
